Terms of Service
These terms apply to ghostface-ai.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.
1. What the Service does
You upload a photo and pay once to receive AI-generated images (and, if you choose, a short video) in the style of the "Ghostface AI trend". Results are made by AI and can vary.
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Your photos
Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have agreed. Do not upload photos of children who are not yours, nudity, or anyone you want to harass, deceive or impersonate. You keep the rights to your photo. You give us a limited licence to process it only to make your results.
4. Your results
You may use your results for personal, non-commercial purposes, including posting them on social media. Do not present them as real photos to deceive people.
5. Payments
Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are one-time charges processed by Stripe. There is no subscription. See the refund policy.
6. No affiliation
The Service is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the makers or owners of the Scream films, the Ghost Face® mask, Google or Gemini. "Ghostface AI trend" is used only to describe a social media trend. Our masked figure is a generic character.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, try to break it, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful.
8. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
