How the charge looks on your statement
Your card or bank statement shows SORACAI* GHOSTFACE-AI. That is us: ghostface-ai.com, paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe.
Refunds and help
Email support@soracai.com with the email you paid with (or your order number) and we will help, re-make your pack or refund you. If your pack could not be made, the refund is already automatic. See the refund policy.
