Best Ghostface AI trend generators (2026)

Updated October 13, 2026

There are two ways to make the Ghostface AI trend photo: paste a prompt into a general AI chat like Gemini, or use a tool that does the prompting for you. We tried to find every real option and checked each one's price page on October 13, 2026.

Disclosure: this page is written by the team behind ghostface-ai.com, which is one of the tools below. We list our own tool with its real price and its limits, and we do not get paid by any other tool on this page.

Quick answer

  • Free, one photo: Google Gemini with a tested prompt.
  • Free, if Gemini refuses or changes your face: ChatGPT.
  • Full set of scenes or the video, no prompts: a one-photo trend generator such as this site.
  • You already pay for a video editor: Kapwing, VEED or Pixlr, using your plan's credits.

Each tool in a few lines

Google Gemini

Where the trend started. Gemini's image model, nicknamed Nano Banana, keeps faces well when the prompt asks it to. Free accounts get what Google calls "standard limits", and its Gemini limits page says image generation uses more of that allowance. The catch: retries, the odd refusal for horror prompts, and a sparkle mark plus an invisible SynthID watermark. Our step-by-step Gemini guide covers the fixes.

ChatGPT

The same prompts work in ChatGPT image generation. The free plan lists "limited image creation" with no fixed number. It is a useful backup when Gemini refuses a prompt or keeps changing your face.

ghostface-ai.com (this site)

One selfie in, the four classic scenes out (bedroom phone call, mirror selfie, couch and TV, hallway), with a couples and friends mode and an optional 8-second 720p video. You pay once, with an automatic refund if the photos cannot be made. The limits: it costs money where Gemini is free, the four scenes are fixed, and you cannot write your own prompt.

ai-ghostface.com

A single-trend site built on general models. You upload a photo and describe the edit yourself, choosing Nano Banana ("fast & low-cost") or GPT Image 2 ("high quality"). It has the cheapest entry price we found, $4.90 for 400 credits, which the site says is 16 generations. It does not say whether there are free credits or a watermark, and its video button sends you to a different site.

aighostface.com

Another single-trend site with a pre-written Gemini-style prompt and a prompt helper. A run costs 2 credits. The pricing page lists monthly plans only, and we found no mention of free credits or watermarks.

Kapwing

An online video editor with a dedicated Ghostface trend page. Upload a face photo, get portraits, then turn one into a clip with its image-to-video tool. The free plan has 10 credits and watermarks exports; Pro is $16 a month on yearly billing. Credit costs per image are not listed on the trend page.

VEED

Another video editor with a Ghostface page and several AI models to choose from, each costing a different number of credits. Good if you plan to edit the result into a TikTok with text and music. The cheapest paid plan we saw was Creator at $147 a year.

Pixlr

Pixlr's own guide splits the job into three tools: generate the scene from a prompt, face-swap your selfie in, then animate it. More steps, but the cheapest paid plan ($2.49 a month for 80 credits) is low if you only want a few images.

How to choose

  • You want one photo and have 15 minutes: Gemini plus our free prompts. Cost: nothing.
  • Your face keeps changing: use a sharper front-facing selfie first, then try ChatGPT or a tool that lets you pick another model.
  • You want the whole carousel, a couples version or the video in one go: a one-photo generator saves the trial and error.
  • You post a lot and edit video anyway: a Kapwing, VEED or Pixlr plan you already use will cost you no extra.
  • Before paying any site: check who runs it, how long it keeps your selfie and whether it trains on it. Our safety checklist takes a minute.

How we checked

On October 13, 2026 we opened each tool's Ghostface page and pricing page and noted the price, the input it asks for, what it says you get, and anything it says about watermarks and accounts. Where a page says nothing, the table says "not stated". We did not buy every plan, so notes on output come from each tool's own description. For the background of the trend itself, see Know Your Meme's entry or our trend explainer.

FAQ

What is the best Ghostface AI trend generator?

It depends on what you want. For one free photo, Google Gemini with a good prompt is hard to beat. For a full set of scenes or the video without writing prompts, a one-photo generator such as this site is faster. If you already pay for an editor like Kapwing, VEED or Pixlr, use the credits you have.

Can I make the Ghostface AI trend for free?

Yes. Gemini and ChatGPT both let free accounts make a limited number of images. Copy a prompt from our free prompt page, upload a selfie and expect a few retries before the face looks right.

Which Ghostface AI generator has no watermark?

Gemini shows a visible sparkle mark by default and every Gemini image carries an invisible SynthID mark. Kapwing's free plan watermarks exports. This site adds no visible watermark. Most other sites do not say either way on their pages, so check one download before you pay for more.

Which tool makes the Ghostface AI video?

This site includes an 8-second vertical video in the $14.99 pack. Kapwing, VEED and Pixlr can turn a finished photo into a short clip with their image-to-video tools, using credits.

Are these tools connected to the Scream films?

No. The Ghostface AI trend is a fan trend, and none of the tools on this page is made by or linked to the films or the owners of the mask.
