Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Your uploaded photo, to make your results.
- Your results (images and video), so you can download them.
- Account data: an anonymous ID if you continue as a guest, or your name and email if you sign in with Google.
- Order data: what you bought and the amount. Card details go straight to Stripe. We never see your card number.
- Your email (and name) from Apple Pay, Google Pay or Stripe checkout when you pay. We keep your email to deliver your video and answer support requests. We do not send marketing email.
How we use it
Only to make and deliver your results, handle payments and refunds, and answer support requests. We do not sell your data. We do not use your photos to train AI models.
Who processes it
- Google Firebase (hosting, sign-in, database, file storage)
- Stripe (payments)
- kie.ai (runs the AI models that make your images and video)
Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep it
Uploaded photos and results are deleted after 30 days. Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing support@ghostface-ai.com.
Analytics
We run our own first-party analytics to see how visitors find the site and where the steps break. It records the pages you view, the buttons you use (for example opening the photo picker or the checkout), the page that sent you here, campaign tags in the link, your browser, device type, screen size, language, time zone and approximate country. It uses a random visitor ID and session ID kept in your browser's local storage, not your name. We do not store your IP address, use no advertising cookies, and share none of this with ad networks. Analytics events are deleted after 180 days; visit summaries are kept to compare months.
Cookies
We use only what is needed to keep you signed in, remember your progress and count visits (local storage, see Analytics). No advertising cookies.
